Testing Terms

1. The access to the emulated online services is (and will remain) free.
2. We do only distribute necessary game files for the multiplayers which may include soft mods.
3. We do not provide support for hardcore modded or cracked versions of the game.
   By hardcore modded versions we are referring to mods that either aren't fully client-side or provide personal advantages.
4. This project is not affiliated with Ubisoft; there's no way to recover any data that was associated with your Ubi account (e.g., friends or statistics).
5. The main purpose of testing is finding things that don't work as intended. Bug reports are welcome and appreciated.
6. Brotherhood, Revelations and III are using peer-to-peer connections between players for exchange of game events and other match information; once established, those connections are direct and not controlled or relayed by any of our services.
7. Please note that sharing packet captures of ACB, ACR and AC3 traffic exchanged with the original Ubisoft services could potentially compromise your Ubisoft account.

1. Your account is not tied to your Ubisoft and/or Steam account in any way.
2. You should only have 1 account; having multiple could result into bans.
3. DO NOT use the same password you use elsewhere and make sure it's strong!
4. After the testing phase ends, your account and data will either be preserved for the next phase or removed in favor of a new account system, depending on the final solution.

1. You can record, stream, and publish gameplay as you wish; this project is not a secret.
2. You can always ask for help, report technical issues, bugs, or misbehaving players on our Discord server.

1. Proven cheating or violating the terms of service will result in a ban.
2. Toxicity can lead to a timed account suspension or a ban, depending on the severity.

We care about your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights to access or delete it. In short: we only store what is required to run the service, we never sell or share your data with third parties, and your password is stored only as a one-way hash.
